ARE YOU "READY"?
If you are “medically approved” to join any “group fitness” class - then Pilates is for you! We recommend that you take at least one Private Pilates Session beforehand so we can identify your needs and wants; and properly introduce you to the studio policies, equipment, our teaching style, pace, and verbal cues etc. During class, we'll make full use of the studio; using equipment and accessories such as (but not limited to): REFORMER, TOWER, WUNDA CHAIR, BARREWORK, MATWORK, MAGIC CIRCLE, FLETCHER TOWEL.
Leave feeling stronger, leaner, longer - with awareness of your strengths and areas for improvement. We’ll change up our patterns to obtain a full physical and mental “workout”. Our goal is to ensure that you (in the very least) walk out of the door feeling much better than when you walked in. Classes and sessions are 50 minutes.
