"You should be proud of what you do! I feel better than I have in a year. I and my family thank you for making a difference. I had no idea what to expect when I tried Pilates, but these are not the results I was expecting. Lower back pain is non-existent. You would be proud of me, as I daily make a conscious effort every night when I lay down and before I go to bed to have my "ankle magnets on" and rotate my legs to "open my hips". That little exercise is raising my awareness of the body's desire to be more "In-line". I can feel the stretch in my back and the results are life-changing. "I feel like someone grabbed my hands, someone grabbed my feet, and they ran separate ways. Sounds painful, but it feels good. I have muscles in my back that are sore that I've really never felt much, even while lifting. Most of the time when I'm sore I'm super tight. Some of the places that I am sore, I feel stretched...even my feet! Pilates is definitely something that I need to be doing. I don't think I could do it without you so please don't retire or move away. I was calm, eased, and was able to forget everything else for a time."
